Kirkland
Kirkland is primarily a residential community, with a commercial core, and an industrial park straddling the Trans-Canada Highway (Autoroute 40). The city is composed of mainly single-family residences, with some multi-unit facilities (apartments, town houses, and condos) available. Kirkland neighborhoods are secure, stable, and well-maintained, creating the foundation for our high quality of life. Renting or leasing in this environment will no doubt be a pleasant experience.
If you rent one of our executive suites or condo in Kirkland for a short term, you will be well located. Boulevard St-Charles is close by and has many shopping facilities.
